Products & Handmade Nature
Our products are handmade with care. Because of this, slight variations in fabric placement, pattern positioning, stitching, colour, and measurements may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

Orders & Payment
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances such as pricing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or other reasonable circumstances. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Final Sale
All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This does not affect any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer-protection laws.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
